This boot camp is designed to be a fun and inexpensive way to work out with a certified personal trainer to reach your fitness goals no matter your age or shape. In this boot camp we specialize in weekly exercise routines, enormous calorie burning workouts, core stability and strengthening, personalized nutritional information, and accountability and motivation. Camp meets 3 times per week for 6-8 weeks. Camp Includes:
1. Enormous fat-burning workouts (burns 9x more fat than an average aerobics workout)
