Eric Appiah MS, CSCS
Eric received his undergraduate degree in Sports Medicine/Athletic Training from Trinity International University, and his Masters degree in Exercise Science from Western Michigan University. He has been a certified personal trainer to grade schools, high schools, college and professional athletes for over 10 years and has served as a director of personal training at a major corporate fitness facility. He is currently the Assistant Director of Fitness and Wellness at Wayne State University. His passion is to help people realize their full health and fitness potential. He offers innovative low-cost and highly effective fitness strategies to achieve the results people want.

Jolene Appiah, MS, MSOTR
Jolene received her undergraduate degree in Biology/ Pre-medicine from Trinity International University. She earned a Masters in Biology and a second Masters in Occupational Therapy from Western Michigan University. She specializes in anatomy and physiology which she has taught at the college and graduate level for 7 years. Currently, she is a practicing occupational therapist in rehabilitation in the older adult population. She has the heart of a teacher and loves to motivate and encourage others to perform to their best fitness and physical capabilities. She strives to be an example to others who are pursuing their health and fitness goals.
